SHIPPING INFORMATION

*Important note on shipping to the USA - Due to the introduction of new tariffs in 2025, shipping costs to the USA have increased. We have done our best to absorb as much of the increase as possible however to continue providing our products to our US customers we have had to pass on some of this cost. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Our delivery times below are just a guide and may be delayed.

All orders are shipped from New Zealand.

For any orders outside of New Zealand, import duty, customs fees and local sales taxes (levies) may be charged to you by the destination country’s authorities, depending upon the laws and regulations of that country. Nature's Sway is not responsible for custom duty charges.

Payment of these levies may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Delivery Locations

We ship nationwide in New Zealand via NZ Post, Courier Post, Postehaste, Castle Parcels and Urgent Couriers and internationally via DHL, NZ Post, and FEDEX. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes. However, we can ship orders directly to your home or business.

Delivery Cost

Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout.

Rural deliveries, Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island orders may be subject to extra shipping charges, once we have received your order and have quoted the actual freight cost, we may be in touch with with for the balance of these charges.

Delivery Times

Deliveries within New Zealand are usually between 2 and 5 business days but can vary depending on the location and other factors.

Deliveries internationally are usually 5-15 business days but can vary depending on the location and other factors. Delays caused by the customs clearance processes are out of our control.

You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email.

Tracking

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping.
